Campaign Story

We need your help to fund our FINAL PREDEVELOPMENT costs for our Teacher and School Employee Housing Project. This is the first of many projects that will prove that the Teacher and School Employee Housing Model is sustainable and replicable.  This model will help low and moderate-income individuals in the Bay Area become homeowners.

New Way Homes is a non-profit 5013c with a mission aligned with SupportTeacherHousing.org to help create affordable housing. All donations are tax-deductible and will go directly to our Teacher and School Employee Housing Model.

In order to avoid a processing fee, donors may also mail a check New Way Homes and notate on the subject line that the donation is for the teacher and school employee housing model:

New Way Homes
1040 Mystery Spot Road
Santa Cruz, CA 95065

Thank you for your support of this replicable and sustainable housing model for our teachers and school employees!
